On behalf of our client, Europe’s leading company in providing complex B2B services in the maintenance services industry, we are looking for a result driven, innovative candidate for the position:
 
CFO WITH FLUENT CZECH AND ENGLISH 

Your main Tasks & Responsibilities:

Lead the Accounting and Controlling teams along with Call Centre and IT teams (cca 40 subordinates)
Perform effective accounting operations and plan the organisation’s financial strategy
Drive the overall financial plans, accounting and controlling practice
Manage business planning and forecasting proccess
Revenues, Cost and Cash control
Business analyses and reporting
Balance sheet management
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Transform the financial department in order to increasy efficiency
Analyze the current performance and develop a vision and strategy for future improvements
Identify improvements of current processes and and develop new processes where appropriate
Continuously improve monthly closing process, accuracy and transparency of the P/L
Manage cash position and improve cash-conversion rates
Support the board with results which lead to improved operational excellence
Business partnering for Operations and Sales divisions
 

Požadujeme

You are the right one for our client if you have at least the following skills and experience:

Proven experience as CFO in a corporate environment (at least 1000 employees) for at least 5 years in last company essential, NO Interim or ex-Interim management roles
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and people management (min. 10 subordinates) is essential
Fluent Czech and English in both speaking and writing is essential - daily communication with international (French) management 
University degree in Accounting or Finance, ACCA qualification or similar (VŠE is advantage)
In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and controlling/ reporting is essential
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
Ability to strategize and solve problems in a fast pace, challenging organisation
Skills in strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting 
Strong leadership skills, management by motivation, coaching
Drive to develop and to innovate the organisation’s performance
Excellent communication and people skills
An analytical mind, enthusiasm in numbers
Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
"Young energetic blood" with international corporate experience
Able to present a proven track record regarding your achievements
Driving license is necessary
